IMPACT announces 10 new partners and strengthens its entrepreneurial mindset

By appointing 10 new partners, IMPACT takes an important step to solidify its employee-engaged ownership model. The new partners represent a cross-section of IMPACT’s business areas. With these latest appointments, the partnership group more fully reflects the growing breadth of IMPACT’s organisation, offerings and geographical presence

With around 400 employees, IMPACT is now one of the largest commerce consultancies in Europe. While delivering great projects to clients and innovating the field of commerce are natural prerequisites for growth, being partner-driven is equally important.

That we’re partner-driven is a pivotal part of IMPACT’s cultural foundation. I strongly believe that our entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus and constant desire to shape the future of commerce, is very much grounded in our ownership model. That’s why I am extremely excited to introduce 10 new partners across the IMPACT group today.

Versatile backgrounds for new partners

The 10 new partners in IMPACT represent a wide range of disciplines in IMPACT. From core capabilities like client management and software development to group functions in people & culture and commercial leadership.

Moreover, the newly appointed partners also symbolise IMPACT’s growing presence across Europe with the partners spread across Denmark, Sweden and Portugal.

Finally, this cohort of partners include both recent hires to the IMPACT group as well as seasoned veterans within the company.

For IMPACT, there are two equally important partner factors. First, the partners need to be among the very best in their fields. We strive for excellence, and our partners should be paving the way forward. Second, we’re looking for partners who truly represent and live our values, contributing to the broader IMPACT community. We believe every one of our newly appointed partners meets these criteria and I’m very pleased to see them appointed.
